The Wasaga Beach Chamber of Commerce is getting more businesses in Wasaga together.
Chamber member Sarah Adams says they are holding Business Breakfast meetings to bring people together from various businesses.
She says the chamber originally met to improve upon their business after 5 meetings, and this spawned out of those discussions.
There is now a year long wait to host a business after 5 meeting, and this meeting at breakfast provides more opportunities for people wanting to host it.
The first meeting was Wednesday.
Ellen Riches is a member of the Chamber of Commerce as well.
She says they are going to have different speakers at each meeting, and adds she is actually the first speaker for their inaugural meeting.
Deb Shaw will be one of the speakers in May.
Riches says they want to bring in speakers to talk about running a business in Wasaga, and start a discussion about how businesses can support each other in the community.
The cost is 15 dollars for members of the Chamber of Commerce, and 18 dollars for guests.
Riches says they hope to have the event at a different restaurant each month in the future.
