When you are disqualified from driving a vehicle for whatever reason, it means all vehicles.
An adult male found that out on Saturday night after Saugeen Shores police stopped him while he operated an ATV on a Southampton street.
Police discovered the accused with disqualified from driving and was breaching a curfew condition of his probation.
He was charged accordingly and the ATV was impounded for 45-days.
The accused’s son, who was also on the ATV at the time, was not arrested or charged.
