A quick response from the Ontario Education Minister.
MPP’s Bill Murdoch and Carol Mitchell have already received a letter from Education Minister Kathleen Wynne about the Bluewater District School Board.
The 2 local MPP’s have asked the Minister to look into concerns that the board is not listening to parents about their students.
Wynne says in a letter — she will contact newly elected Board Chair Jennifer Yenssen to discuss the situation.
Murdoch says it’s great to see the Minister respond so quickly.
Mitchell and Murdoch are confident the Minister can find a positive resolution.
Yenssen was acclaimed as Board Chair this week after the resignation of Rick Galbraith last weekend.
