A 39-year-old North Huron man arrested on a conspiracy to commit murder charge and counselling to commit murder charge appeared in Goderich court this morning.
His trial will have the same publication ban as his co-accused, a 38-year-old woman, also from North Huron.
The publication ban is on evidence presented in court and stop’s reporters from releasing the victims name as well as releasing any witness’s names.
The 39-year-old mans trial was adjourned until April the 2nd.
Yesterday, the 38-year-old woman’s trail was adjourned until April 1st.
They will both appear in Goderich Court via-video from Walkerton Jail where they are being held.
