There’s new life for a housing development in Walkerton.
Brockton Council has passed a motion last Friday, asking Bruce County to extend a draft plan subdivision agreement for 18 months.
The motion came just hours before the current agreement expired.
The 63 lot plan belongs to Allenford developer Barry Kruisselbrink and was first approved in 1992.
Kruisselbrink hopes to start building homes within 18 months or sooner.
