Most people in Canada will be losing an hour of sleep because of Daylight Saving Time.
And Bayshore Broadcasting News wanted to know how you deal with losing some sleep.
One man says it’s tough to lose the sleep, but it’s only for one night.
Another woman agreed, but added she only gets a few hours of sleep anyway, so it won’t bother her.
Another man conceded he’ll just catch up on the lost sleep during the day.
And one woman says she goes to bed early enough that it won’t bother her either.
