Grey County OPP say they could still lay charges in connection with a serious collision west of Meaford.
It happened Friday afternoon at Highway 26 and Valour Road (former Range Road) when a vehicle was T-boned by another car.
The Meaford Fire Department had to extricate 67 year old Bernard Donville of Owen Sound who suffered a broken leg.
A 47 year old Stayner man was also taken to Meaford Hospital with less serious injuries.
Charges are pending against him.
