A tragic accident is being investigated by Grey County OPP after a man fell into a well in Georgian Bluffs.
Emergency crews were called to a home on Centre Road east of Wiarton around 10 PM Sunday night after a man was found on the property with no vital signs.
Police say it appears he’d fallen while inspecting the well and hit his head on the concrete casing ..causing him to fall, head first into the well.
58 year old Neil Ward was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators do not suspect foul play however the investigation will continue to determine exact cause of death.
