The OPP recruitment process for Orangeville is nearing completion.
The Town of Orangeville’s transition to Ontario Provincial Police remains within budget and on schedule for October 1st, 2020.
The OPP’s Career Development Bureau has completed the final review stage of those applying for uniform jobs.
Uniform and civilian positions will get letters of notification of an offer or decline the week of September 7th.
Following transitional training, officer graduation will tentatively take place October 30th.
The police facility architectural and engineering designs have been completed for 390 C Line and upgrades are scheduled to be completed by early October.
