Police are investigating a crash in Essa Township that sent a motorcyclist to hospital.
It happened just before 6 on Wednesday night, when police say a vehicle travelling southbound on County Road 56 attempted to turn left into a private driveway near Trillium Lane and crashed into a motorcycle heading northbound.
The operator of the motorcycle, 42 year old Chris Desouza of Tottenham, was airlifted to hospital in Toronto with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to contact police.
