A Shelburne Police officer stopped and charged a man with impaired driving.
July 25, around 11:30 pm, a motorcycle was parked behind a business with a man slumped over it.
The officer was able to wake the man but became suspicious that he had consumed alcohol.
A 50 year old man from Cambridge was charged with impaired driving and he had his bike impounded for 7 days, and license suspended for 90 days.
