The Southern Georgian Bay OPP Marine Unit has arrested a boater, after police say he failed a breathalyzer test.
On Saturday, officers stopped a boat in the area of Giant’s Tomb and the operator registered a fail reading on the ASD.
He was taken into custody, while police had to get a tow vessel, since the three passengers on board had obviously consumed alcohol.
Police say the operator was issued a three day driver’s license suspension and was stopped again the next day in the same area, but passed the breath test.
