Orangeville Police are looking into a suspicious person and vehicle.
Authorities say there were two incidents, one on Friday, July 17 and Wednesday, July 22.
On the Friday, a 16-year old girl was walking north on C Line near Centennial Road, and they say a black SUV passed her – sounding the horn at her.
It passed her again on Diane Drive and the driver again sounded the horn and waved as he drove past her.
She saw the vehicle again a third time on Manor Crescent near Diane Drive and believes the driver was either taking her picture or video recording her.
Then on Wednesday, at around 1pm, she was in her Oxford Street home when she heard the doorbell ring.
When she looked outside she saw the same black SUV and the same man at her front door but she didn’t answer it before he left.
Both incidents were reported to police.
The vehicle is described as a black SUV, unknown make, with chrome or silver accents.
The driver is described as a black male, mid to late 20’s, average build with short hair.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Orangeville Police Service or Crime Stoppers or online at www.crimestopperssdm.com.
