A 22 year old man has been arrested, following a disturbance in Midland.
Police say on Tuesday night, they were called to a home on Fourth Street, where the suspect was causing mischief and was also found to be in violation of a court issued release order from a previous investigation.
The suspect was transported back to detachment for further investigation and while in custody, police say he committed damage to OPP property and assaulted two of the officers assisting in the investigation.
The accused has been charged with mischief, uttering threats, assaulting a peace officer and failure to comply with a release order.
