The Orillia Farmers Market opens for the season this weekend!
The market will run from 8 am to 12:30 pm each Saturday now with enhanced Covid-19 safety and protocols.
Mayor Steve Clarke says the City’s thrilled to reopen the market in downtown Orillia and work again with local vendors to provide the outdoor market experience.
The City recommends no more than two patrons per household visit the market at one time and people are encouraged to wear masks.
If you are feeling unwell, you are asked to please stay home.
Two-hour parking continues to be free in all municipal lots.
Municipal lots closest to the market include lots 1, 7, 9 and 10.
Metered parking is also free with a maximum length of 30 minutes designed to facilitate curbside pickup.
