An arrest has been made in connection with a theft at a business in Orillia.
Police say around 11a.m. Thursday, they were called about a robbery at a business on Murphy Road, where a security officer reported a man had take off on a bicycle out of the store without paying for it.
Police were already on patrol in the area and quickly located the suspect a short distance away.
A 45-year-old Orillia man was arrested and charged with: Theft Under $5,000, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Breach of Officer in Charge Undertaking.
The suspect has a court date on May 26.
