An 80 year old man had to be tasered by police, after they say he assaulted a security guard at the LCBO in Alliston.
Police were called to the store for an assault in progress on Friday May 15th,and say the accused resisted arrest, so officers used a conducted energy weapon to take him into custody.
The accused was taken to hospital to be checked out and has since been charged with assault and resisting an officer.
