Headwaters Health Care Foundation is starting a special online fundraiser today that will support both their hospital and the one in Oshawa.
Dr. Craig Donaldson, is a doctor at Headwaters but is a former Oshawa General OHL Memorial Cup Champion.
May 13th is the anniversary of their big win back in 1990-91 and with Dr. Donaldson, his teammate Joe Busillo and the GM of the Oshawa Generals Sherwood Bassin, they are committed to helping during the pandemic by launching Hockey for Health Heroes.
The fundraiser that will raise money for both hospitals for COVID-19 relief will be active for people to start donating Wednesday May 13 at 9 am at www.hockeyforhealthheroes.com
