Ontario’s State of Emergency has been extended to June 2nd.
The extension was approved at the legislature today and will allow Ontario to continue prohibiting events and gatherings of more than five people and restrict retirement and long term care employees from working in more than one facility.
The Province also passed the Covid-19 Response and Reforms to Modernise Ontario Act today.
It allows corporations to call and hold virtual meetings and the electronic filing of business registration documents, amongst other measures.
