A 36 year old Wasaga Beach man faces charges following an investigation into a number of incidents.
OPP say the incidents involved the man not complying with a number of conditions on his release order.
On Monday afternoon (2:40 P.M.), police found the man in the passenger seat of a vehicle in a parking lot off Main Street.
He was arrested without incident. OPP say he had a type of conducted energy weapon.
The man is charged with possession of a prohibited device and other charges.
