There could soon be a new legal pot shop in Midland.
An application for a new cannabis retail store at 542 Bay Street has now entered the 15-day public notice phase.
That means the Registrar will consider written submissions as to why the proposed store is not in the public interest as set out in the regulation made under the Cannabis Licence Act.
