There are 271 total cases of COVID -19 in the area that Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health oversees.
Dufferin has the most cases of the region, with a total of 114.
While there have been some improvements, officials say there is still a great presence of the virus and people should still assume you can get it through community exposure.
Most of the acquisitions of the virus have been from the community with 25 current cases.
80 of the cases are in institutional outbreaks, such as nursing homes.
Outbreaks continue at Shelburne Residence and Dufferin Oaks, while at Headwaters Health Care in Orangeville declared theirs over on Monday April 27.
