With concerns around artificial intelligence and misinformation, Huron County wants to help residents find information they can trust.
The Huron County Library is inviting the public to take part in practical workshops to learn practical tools and strategies for evaluating online information, identifying misleading content, and making informed decisions about the credibility of digital sources.
The free workshops are being hosted at:
- Alice Munro Branch, Wingham on Monday, Oct. 26, 6:30-7:45 p.m.
- Goderich Branch, Wednesday, Oct. 28, 6:30-7:45 p.m.
- Exeter Branch, Thursday, Oct. 29, 2:30-3:45 p.m.
The workshops are designed for adults but those aged 12 and older are welcome to attend.
