Bruce County Public Library is set to welcome Niv Menon-Saberi, a former contestant on The Great Canadian Baking Show, for a special Culture Days event in Port Elgin in early October.
During the workshop, Menon-Saberi will explore how spices can elevate everyday baking. Participants will learn about flavour pairings, discover unique ingredients and gain ideas for creating distinctive baked goods with bold flavours. Bakers of all skill levels are welcome.
The event will take place Oct. 1 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the library’s Port Elgin branch. Admission is free, but space is limited and advance registration is required.
