Police are reminding you: damaging election signs could lead to charges.
The reminder from Lambton OPP follows complaints in the region regarding election signs being removed without authorization.
The unauthorized removal of election signs, or the intentional damaging of or tampering with election signs, may result in charges under the Criminal Code of Canada, a news release from Lambton OPP says.
This includes political signs on public and private property.
