An Angus man faces criminal charges after a traffic stop by Southern Georgian Bay OPP yesterday afternoon.
Just after 1pm, the driver was puled over on hwy 400 northbound near Quarry road in Severn Township. during the investigation the driver took off on on foot.
OPP Emergency Response Team and Canine unit located him.
The 31 year old faces charges of resist a peace officer, assault with intent to resist arrest and assault a peace officer.
