Minor injuries were reported after an alleged impaired driving incident near Exeter.
First responders were called to a section of Dashwood Road east of the South Huron town for a rear-end collision involving an automobile and a minivan.
Police say the driver of the automobile had consumed alcohol prior to driving, and tested over the legal limit at the South Huron Hospital.
According to officers, minor injuries were reported by those involved in the crash.
A 39 year old man from South Huron has been charged with:
- Operation while Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs
- Operation while Impaired – Over 80
- Dangerous Operation
The accused will answer to the charges in Goderich Court October 5th.
