The Hottest Street Sale returns to the Owen Sound River District on Saturday, July 11.
The event will take place along Second Avenue East between Seventh Street East and 11th Street East.
Running from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., the sale will include more than 200 places to shop, eat and enjoy music. This family-friendly event will feature the famous Summerfolk Stage, sponsored by Mix 106.5, at the Ninth Street intersection, with live music from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Owen Sound and District Chamber of Commerce will also host a community stage on the front steps of City Hall starting at 9:30 a.m., featuring live demonstrations and performances from local groups.
Second Avenue East between Seventh and 11th streets east will be closed to traffic starting at 5 a.m. on July 11, as will the intersection at Second Avenue East and Ninth Street East.
All municipal parking lots will remain open and accessible during the event. Street parking will also be available outside the event boundaries where normally permitted.
