Goderich’s hospital is celebrating a fundraising milestone.
The Alexandra Marine & General Hospital announced they reached the halfway mark of their Magnetic Moments campaign, in fundraising for an MRI machine.
Officials are looking to raise $6.5 million to purchase an MRI machine.
They have now raised $3.5 million.
The Magnetic Moments campaign has been boosted with big donations this year, including $200 thousand from HuronTel, and $20 thousand from the town’s Tim Hortons locations, through their Smile Cookie promotion.
