Town of Kincardine
The Municipality of Kincardine is developing a new tourism strategy, and is looking for public input.
The municipality, in partnership with the Regional Tourism Organization 7 will be engaging with residents, visitors, and businesses over the coming months to gather feedback and identify priorities for the future of tourism in and around Kincardine.
Tourism is important to the municipality’s economy, and supports local businesses, creates jobs, and contributes to the vibrancy of the community.
The Municipality of Kincardine’s tourism sector supports more than $16.5 million in wages, more than $85 million in sales, and more than 800 jobs.
An online survey is available on the Municipality of Kincardine’s website.
Paper copies are also available at the Municipal Administration Centre or the Welcome Centre.
There is also an incentive to completing the survey, as each survey respondent will receive one complimentary admission to either the Kincardine Lighthouse or the Walker House Museum.
