
The fundraising numbers are in for Huron County OPP's Law Enforcement Torch Run. Police, Special Olympians, family, and supporters walked across Huron County communities June 3rd, raising funds and awareness of the Special Olympics. Torch Run coordinator, Sgt. Russell Nesbitt, reported a fundraising total of over $5 thousand. Donors included Goderich Zehrs Store, First Student Bus Line Goderich, M&M Meats Goderich, McGee Motors, and Corrie's Foodland, who provided transportation, food items and support for the participants and volunteers.
