Ontario’s Premier wants you to know you are not alone.
Today, Doug Ford says they will support you and “we will get through this together” as he announced expanded access to mental health support.
Ford says 12 million dollars is being spent on virtual online support to be offered at no cost to patients.
You can take an assessment and receive help from a therapist.
There is also online peer support.
The premier says the new mental health supports will also be offered to frontline workers.
Doug Ford adds that they will make sure everyone has what they need.
Ford encourages all of us to stay in touch with our loved ones and to reach out to our seniors and those who are having a tough time during this pandemic.
