A 59 year old Barrie man is the Air Canada Pilot faces several criminal charges including fraud and public mischief after flying as a Captain without the proper licensing.
Geoffrey Wall was promoted to Captain in 2009 after he gave Air Canada fraudulent credentials in support of his standing to be promoted.
Wall is accused of not only piloting several different types of aircraft for over 900 international flights but earning nearly 3 million dollars to do it.
Air Canada says Wall is a licensed commercial pilot and no lives were in danger.
