Central Huron Secondary School's Culinary Club to host fundraising dinner Thursday, June 11th.
The eating will be good during a fundraiser at Central Huron Secondary School.
Students in the culinary club at the Clinton high school are raising money to keep the program operational in a student-operated fundraising dinner Thursday afternoon.
Amirah Hassan is one of the students taking part in the club, run by instructor Devin Tabor.
Hassan says a three course meal will be served to guests.
“A wonderful green salad with local produce and a Greidanus maple cider vinaigrette, a herb roasted chicken breast with rosemary and Neeb honey jus, mini herb potatoes and seasonal vegetables,” Hassan tells Country 104.9 News.
“For dessert, we have Ontario apple crisp, and Chapman’s vanilla ice cream.”
Funds raised from the dinner will benefit the CHSS Culinary Club, to keep instruction continuing.
To take part in Thursday’s 5:00 p.m. sitting, you can contact Devin Tabor at devin.tabor@ed.amdsb.ca .
