Finding affordable housing in Huron County is getting easier.
The county has launched an interactive housing map, to help locate affordable housing by town more easily across Ontario’s West Coast.
Geared-to-income and affordable housing are all identified on the map, along with landmarks like libraries, hospitals, banks, grocery stores, and childcare centres.
“This tool is intended to give applicants a clearer picture of the different housing options and communities available across Huron County,” says Jayme Koskamp, Housing Services Manager.
“By providing information about both housing locations and community amenities, we hope applicants feel better equipped to make choices that fit their needs and circumstances.”
