Two Huron County paramedics are being recognized for their exceptional patient care.
Primary Care Paramedics Judith Hess and Sam Barlow were awarded the Medical Director’s Commendation Award by the Southwest Ontario Regional Base Hospital Medical Director during a ceremony at the the latest Huron County Council meeting.
The award acknowledges performance that exceeds standard expectations and reflects a high level of clinical competence, professionalism, and patient-centred care within the scope of the Basic and Advanced Life Support Patient Care Standards.
“Huron County is incredibly proud of Judith and Sam for this well-deserved recognition,” said Huron County Warden Jamie Heffer.
Director of Emergency Services Jeff Horseman says, “Receiving this commendation is a significant achievement and a reflection of the high standards our teams uphold in challenging situations.”
