Owen Sound Police are warning you about a scam where someone is pretending to be from the police service.
City police say they are not conducting a police survey.
They say, “If you are called to take part in an Owen Sound and area police survey, hang up and do not take part.”
Police add, “If our service asks citizens to take part in a police survey, we will advise using social media and local media.”
