Huntsville OPP have charged a Bracebridge man following an impaired driving investigation.
On Friday night just before 11 o’clock, police were called to a vehicle in the ditch on a Highway 11 on-ramp.
Officers found the unoccupied vehicle shortly afterward at a nearby business.
The 40-year-old driver was charged with failure or refusal to comply, and careless driving.
He’s expected in court on June 23rd.
