The Muskoka Lakes and Bracebridge Chambers of Commerce have teamed up with the Orillia & District, Barrie and Parry Sound and District Chambers to launch an exciting new travel program in collaboration with Trevello Travel and wholesale travel operators experienced in Chamber-led group travel.
The travel planning starts with a free webinar on April 30, 2026 at 6pm EST, introducing a curated group travel experience to Italy with operator Indus Travel. The program is designed to bring together Chamber Members, as well as their family and friends, to explore the world in a safe, social, and well-organized environment.
The featured travel opportunity includes an 8-day guided tour of Italy, visiting iconic destinations such as Venice, Pisa, Florence, Assisi, and Rome, with an optional extension to the Amalfi Coast. The trip is currently planned for October 2026.
While Chamber run, anyone can join our group of travelers.
“We love the idea that people from Muskoka-Parry Sound to Orillia and on to Barrie are travelling together as a great travel club,” said Norah Fountain, Executive Director of the Muskoka Lakes Chamber of Commerce. Both she and Jaden Hollingshead, Executive Director of the Bracebridge Chamber, have experienced travelling with Indus personally.
Hollingshead added, “We are seeing more and more people looking for a safe and reliable way to travel, and Indus Travel is a highly reputable company that provides that confidence.”

The April 30 webinar will give full details on the itinerary, pricing, and travel experience, while also giving participants a chance to ask questions and connect with fellow travellers.
The Chambers’ shared goal is to build a sustainable, annual travel group, creating both memorable experiences and stronger regional connections.
