It’s almost time for a spring cleanup in Saugeen Shores.
As winter dissipates and snow clears, debris can be left behind.
The Town of Saugeen Shores is inviting you to take part in spring cleaning week from April 18th to 26th.
The Town will provide bags and gloves for participants helping out. Pick up for the supplies will be April 15th at the Pryde Aquatic and Wellness Centre.
The town is inviting schools, residents, businesses and community groups to help clean up debris from parks, trails and public spaces.
This event overlaps with National Volunteer week, so the town is hoping people come out to help and show the importance of volunteer work.
You can register at www.saugeenshores.ca/SpringClean and choose your date along with the location.
Willing volunteers will be entered into a draw to win one of three Pryde Aquatic and Wellness Centre 10-Visit Punch Passes.
