Caledon OPP have charged a 57-year-old man after an officer saw a person operating a lawn tractor on King Street near Highway 10.
The officer saw that the man was driving the mower on Thursday evening, in foggy conditions with reduced visibility, and without reflective clothing.
The Caledon man is charged with operation while impaired, and failure to comply with a probation order.
He was scheduled to make a court appearance yesterday.
Police are reminding everyone that operating any motorized vehicle while under the influence poses a significant risk to the driver and the public.
