Two people have been arrested and charged after allegedly stealing items from vehicles in Dundalk early this morning.
Grey Bruce OPP say officers were dispatched to Victoria Street East around 2 a.m. Wednesday after receiving reports from residents about two individuals who were “actively stealing from unlocked vehicles in the area.”
Police officers attended the scene and arrested two Dundalk residents — ages 20 and 18.
Both were charged with trespassing at night and possession of property obtained by crime. The 2o-year-old was also charged with possession of break-in instruments, and the 18-year-old mischief.
The OPP have not released additional information about this investigation.
