Police are investigating after a person was kidnapped in Caledon.
Members of the Caledon OPP were called on Monday, March 23rd about the incident in the area of Maple Trail Road and Dougall Avenue.
They say the victim was approached by two suspects and forced into a vehicle at around 3:35pm.
Investigators say the victim was found a short time later, suffering minor injuries.
They’ve since released a description of the suspects and vehicle;
Suspect one is described as male, approximately 5’9″, wearing a black mask, hoodie, and pants, and black/white shoes.
Suspect two is described as male, wearing a black mask, hoodie, pants, and shoes.
A third suspect was involved and was the vehicle driver, who is described as wearing an orange high-visibility vest.
The suspect vehicle is described as a grey Hyundai Santa Fe sports utility vehicle (SUV). Image attached.
At this time, investigators believe this to be an isolated and targeted incident with no outstanding threat to public safety.
