A senior has been arrested, weeks after an incident that followed a North Huron Council meeting.
A video surfaced on social media in mid-February, showing a heated exchange involving North Huron Deputy Reeve Kevin Falconer.
The video depicts Falconer involved in an altercation, with reports he was taken to the hospital following the confrontation.
Huron OPP have now charged a 69 year old from Central Huron with assault causing bodily harm.
The accused is scheduled to answer to the charges in Goderich Court on April 13th.
