Owen Sound Police are crediting a citizen for helping keep an impaired driver off the road.
Police say they received a call yesterday (March 5) from someone who reported seeing a woman walking eratically and showing other concerning signs at a local business. City Police say the caller became concerned when the woman entered her vehicle and drove away.
She was stopped by police shortly after, allegedly showed signs of impairment and was arrested.
Police say they located a small amount of narcotics. The woman was charged with impaired operation, and simple drug possession.
