The Muskoka Bears Jr C Hockey Team had their season come to an abrupt end last Thursday when they lost to the Orillia Terriers in Game four in Rama.
The Bears hung with the Terriers in the early going as they got goals from Sam Litt, and Wil Muszyinski, to finish the first period tied at 2 apiece.
The Terriers are a fast forechecking, and a team that capitalizes on a lot of mistakes, and they did so, as Bears kept getting hemmed in their own end and that had the Terriers bang home 4 goals in the 2nd period to break it open, and eventually bring home a 7-2 win, and sweep the series 4 games to none, and eliminate the Bears from playoffs. Full credit goes out to the players that could make game 4, knowing they only had 13 skaters.
The Muskoka Bears Jr C would like to thank the Fans for their support this season, we would like to thank our army of tireless volunteers, and our tremendous supportive and generous Sponsors. We could not do what we do without all the support, hard work, and dedication.
