The City of Owen Sound will be replacing a traffic signal this week at the intersection of 10th Street East and 2nd Avenue East.
City officials say the signal pole in the northwest corner of the intersection has deteriorated over time and needs to be replaced to maintain safety and reliability.
Work is scheduled for this Wednesday, February 11.
During construction, the westbound right lane will be closed between ten a.m. and seven p.m.
The primary westbound signal will be temporarily out of service, but a secondary signal will remain operating.
Drivers are asked to use caution and expect minor delays in the area.
