The Town of Hanover is once again hosting an Active Aging Expo geared towards seniors who want to stay physically and mentally fit.
The Expo features presentations and a trade show with age-friendly organizations, along with live music and light refreshments.
This year features keynote speaker, Linda Crawford, who has over 25 years of experience in health and wellness.
Admission to the Active Aging Expo is free and will take place on Tuesday March 24th from 12:30 to 4:30 at The Carriage House Event Centre at Hanover Raceway.
