A popular weekly charitable fundraiser in Kincardine is making a return.
The Catch the Ace lottery was previously a partnership between the Huron Shores Hospice, the Kincardine Legion and the Tiverton & District Lions Club, raising over $600,000 for community projects and hospice care.
While the Legion has since retired from the campaign, it will still see funds shared between the Lions Club and Hospice.
An official start date for Catch The Ace will be announced pending approval for a licence by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
Meanwhile, the Kincardine Legion has announced a new partnership with the Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation to launch the “Kin Cares 50/50“, a new monthly 50/50 lottery expected to go live early in the spring.
