South Bruce OPP have charged a driver after an early morning call.
They say at about 4 Sunday morning, (Jan 25) they were told about a vehicle that was stopped in a live lane of traffic along Concession 14, Municipality of Brockton.
Police located the vehicle, which they say was still in the live lane of traffic with its lights off in Greenock.
OPP say the investigating officer spoke with the driver and detected signs of impairment. The driver was taken into custody and transported for further testing.
A 34 year old Arran-Elderslie man is charged with impaired driving. Their vehicle was impounded and licence suspended.
